About Us
Welcome to Hidden Valley Horses, a sanctuary where personal growth and healing are nurtured amidst the tranquility of nature and the comforting presence of our equine companions. Guided by our expert, Karmin Manning RPCC, our therapeutic equine-guided sessions and coaching are designed to facilitate self-discovery and empowerment. People seek our services for many reasons, such as understanding themselves better, coping with challenges, and making positive changes in their lives. Our sessions can help with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, improving relationships, and self-awareness. Our aim is to help enhance one’s well-being and quality of life.
At Hidden Valley Horses, we believe in a personalized approach. Our individual counseling sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs, providing a safe, trauma-informed environment for reflection and healing. We utilize a variety of evidence-based counseling therapeutic approaches complemented by nature-based and equine-assisted therapeutic methods.
We also specialize in youth programs with a focus on developing life skills while promoting confidence and resilience among youth. We offer both individual counseling to youth and non-counseling-based experiential learning groups. Our nature-based and equine-assisted counseling sessions for adults are typically individual sessions, but we will have upcoming group sessions available in the future.
Join us on a transformative journey towards connection and healing. Stay tuned for our upcoming group therapy sessions, workshops, family sessions, and youth camps. Experience the power of nature and horses at Hidden Valley Horses.
